Files are used only for the conversion, compression, inspection, packaging, or optimization requested by the user.

Uploaded file bytes are automatically deleted after the configured retention window. Users can also delete result files manually from result and dashboard pages.

The local MVP does not train AI on uploaded files. Logged-in users may keep job history metadata, but file bytes are deleted after retention.
